- Students from eligible faculties of affiliated Indian Institutes of Technology
- Students who are in the fifth semester of their four-year B.Tech. or five-year dual degree (M.Tech.) program at the time of application
- Qualification: Distinguished academic record (Aggregate CGPA of 7.00 & above up to the end of semester IV.)
